Tickets and Participation Agreement

There are two things needed to buy your prom ticket:

  1. the Ticket itself - this has a form you need to complete to tell us what you want to eat and who you'd like to sit with, and

  2. the Participation Agreement

Tickets

Tickets are $85 per person plus the fees that we are charged to use the Eventbrite service. The total price will be $91.19. Eventbrite allows us to seamlessly take your payment, collect your information and provide you with a digital ticket. If you are unable to purchase using credit, debit or PayPal please email us at dhscommunityprom@gmail.com and we will help you organize your payment.

Tickets must be purchased before midnight on June 15th. We have a deadline to give the Westin the numbers for dinner. Please contact us at the above email address is this is a problem. When you buy your tickets you will need to answer some questions about who you are, who you want to sit with, and what you want to eat at the prom. These questions can be viewed in advance by clicking below:

Participation Agreement

All good things have rules and so does this prom!  The Westin Nova Scotian Hotel has kindly allowed us to book their beautiful venue for this special event and we know it will be a night to remember! Every attendee, both DHS students and their guests, must complete and sign the "Participation Agreement" and return it to the school office no later than June 22nd by 3:00 p.m. A parent or guardian must also sign this agreement. Unfortunately, no signed agreement means no entry to the prom. You cannot pass this in at the door - we must receive it on or before June 22nd.

The document can be downloaded here - there are two pages - or you can pick it up at the school. If you are downloading it, please initial the first page and staple it to the second page.

Ticket price out of reach?

Need a little help with your ticket? You can very privately contact Ms. Abieyuwa  at SchoolsPlus if purchasing a prom ticket is an issue. We do not want there to be any barriers to every student having the opportunity to attend.
